A Straightforward Approach
Quality Personnel maintains a constant flow of communication with Employers and Candidates so an optimal decision is made by both parties.
If your company/organization has not used an Employment Agency in the past, or has experience with another agency, we ensure to maintain a high degree of involvement and guide you through the process, step-by-step, if necessary.
Quality Personnel has worked alongside hiring managers with very little hiring experience up to decades of experience; we believe the following process is beneficial to both.
RECRUITING / STAFFING PROCESS:
Recruiting & Staffing follows an orderly and efficient process in 4 easy steps:
1. ENGAGEMENT LETTER
All pricing, rates and terms will be provided in an Engagement Letter, which is signed by the client before the search process begins. We are upfront about pricing so you know what you can expect without any concerns of changes or unexpected costs. There are no surprises.
2. RESUME FORWARDING
We will forward resumes of suitable candidates for your review. Any questions or comments about the candidate are handled by Quality Personnel and further information provided as necessary.
3. INTERVIEW SCHEDULING
Once candidates are selected for an interview by the Employer, we schedule interviews at the Employer’s premises (or off site, if required) and at mutually agreeable times.
4. SELECTION ASSISTANCE
Quality Personnel often assists Employers in highlighting key points to consider before making a final hiring selection, identifying intangible candidate attributes that are critical to success.
While the above outline is simple, there are times more communication and involvement is required from Quality Personnel. We dedicate the time and resources to be available as needed.
